THE WHO Live At Leeds - 40th Anniversary Super Deluxe Edition (2010 Japanese Deluxe Edition box set containing the reissued double SHM-CD [Super High Material CD - Playable On All CD Players] of the band's legendary performance at Leeds University on February 14, 1970 and a double SHM-CD of their subsequent performance in Hull on the next day. Also includes a reissue of the original 6-track LP, 7-inch single for 'Summertime Blues' and 'Heaven And Hell', plus a 64-page booklet with rare pictures, complete with posters and inserts, all presented in a deluxe Hardcover case with Japanese/English biography booklet. The box has some general wear with some scuffs & a split to the bottom corner in the spine, whilst all contents are flawless)**Strictly Limited to 3000 Copies ONLY**

The SHM-CD [Super High Material CD] format features enhanced audio quality through the use of a special polycarbonate plastic. Using a process developed by JVC and Universal Music Japan discovered through the joint companies' research into LCD display manufacturing, SHM-CDs feature improved transparency on the data side of the disc, allowing for more accurate reading of CD data by the CD player laser head. SHM-CD format CDs are fully compatible with standard CD players.
