A FEW OF THE MOST RECENT ITEMS WE WANT...

METALLICA One (Mega rare 1988 US Elektra label promotional only vinyl 12" featuring the 4:58 Edit & 7:24 Mix - original version found on the '...And Justice For All' album. With custom white printed labels and housed in an Elektra die-cut sleeve with promo notch cut in the spine. The sleeve has only some light scuff marks and the vinyl is in immaculate condition ED5349)

Tracklisting: 1. One - Edit 4:58 2. One 7:24
U2 Songs Of Innocence (2014 UK limited edition 12-track double LP pressed on heavyweight WHITE VINYL, includes an exclusive bonus track The Crystal Ballroom [12" Mix]. Housed in a gatefold picture sleeve - still sealed in title stickered shrinkwrap)

Tracklisting: 1. The Miracle (of Joey Ramone) 2. Every Breaking Wave 3. California (There is no End to Love) 4. Song for Someone 5. Iris (Hold Me Close) 6. Volcano 7. Raised By Wolves 8. Cedarwood Road 9. Sleep Like a Baby Tonight 10. This is Where You Can Reach Me Now 11. The Troubles 12. The Crystal Ballroom - 12" Mix
ROLLING STONES The Rolling Stones (Rare 1964 UK 12-track deep groove mono LP on the red unboxed Decca label, front laminated flipback picture sleeve. This is in fact the third 1964 issue playing the full 4:06s version of 'Tell Me', with 'I Need You Baby' listed on the label & back cover LK4605)
See 'More Info' for further details on condition ....

Tracklisting: 01. Route 66 02. I Just Want To Make Love To You 03. Honest I Do 04. I Need You Baby 05. Now I've Got A Witness 06. Little By Little 07. I'm A King Bee 08. Carol 09. Tell Me 10. Can I Get A Witness 11. You Can Make It If You Try 12. Walking The Dog This copy is the 'third' UK mono issue of the first Stones LP, although Decca employees freely admit that there were multiple typesetters of the labels and they tended to keep the sleeves in a pile, so the combination of sleeve & label is a far from exact science, with many different variations turning up. In reality, it is really still a second press with the modified master that plays the full 4:06 version of 'Tell Me'. The next material difference came in 1965 when the labels dropped the 'Recording First Published' text & just had 'P 1964'. The label lists the 'Hurran/Calvert' credit for 'Honest I Do' as well as listing 'I Need You Baby' instead of 'Mona'. They also have 'Recordng First Published' text, dating this press to 1964. The sleeve is printed on the back with 'I Need You Baby' instead of 'Mona'. Side 1 matrix XARL 6271-2A Side 2 matrix XARL 6272-3A Sleeve - The front laminated flipback sleeve features the dark moody image that has become iconic with the band. The cover is in remarkable condition for its age. The laminate is clean and undamaged apart from some light creasing. The colours are rich & deep & the spine is clearly legible. The rear of the sleeve, which has not been preserved with laminate these last 40 years, has begun to show the first signs of its age with a little yellowing but nothing excessive. A very presentable example. Labels - The colour of the labels are deep red with bright silver print. The labels are free from writing and stickers. Some marks are evident around the spindle area of either side to indicate play. Vinyl - The disc has been professionally cleaned & has come up looking sparkling, with just a few light scuffs & hairlines evident which do not affect play. We grade this copy VG to be on the safe side but the disc plays through a treat & we suspect you'll be very pleased with this one!
DAVID BOWIE Live Santa Monica '72 (2008 UK limited edition 18-track audiophile double LP, pressed on Heavyweight Vinyl. In 1972, David set out on his first US tour; for almost four decades this historic recording has only been occasionally available as a bootleg. Features a setlist compiled primarily from the 'Hunky Dory' & 'Ziggy Stardust' albums, plus covers of 'My Death' & 'Waiting For The Man', alongside 'The Man Who Sold The World' centrepiece, 'The Width Of A Circle' [a ten & a half minute sonic assault], & much more, housed in a spot-lacquered & numbered sleeve with illustrated inners & bonus poster - this copy is complete & in mint condition)
