3) Where is my order?
Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. You can track your order by clicking here.
If your order has already been dispatched, please contact your local post office sorting office - this is the most common location for lost parcels. If your order has still not arrived after 4 weeks please e-mail Sales (or your personal sales person), remembering to quote your order number and we will be happy to assist.

4) How can I pay?
We accept the following methods of payment:
Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JBC, Solo, Eurocard, Delta, Switch/Maestro, Cirrus and Electron.
International Maestro are not accepted unless the cardholder is present.

Paypal: We can accept Sterling, Euros or Dollars into our PayPal account.

Cash/Cheque: We also accept payment by cash (Euros or UK Sterling), UK Sterling cheques, crossed Postal Orders and IMO (International Money Order).
Please note that we cannot accept Canadian postal orders, Western Union Payments OR cheques in Euros.
