Featuring the legendary album recorded live at Leeds University on 14th February 1970, plus bonus disc featuring the complete 'Tommy' rock opera in its entirety! Superbly presented in replica mini LP-style card stapled gatefold sleeve with12 mini replica paper inserts [see 'Tracklisting' for full details], replica blue Polydor wraparound obi strip, English photo/info booklet, Japanese/English lyric booklet, individually numbered card insert, plus 3 alternate sleeve designs: Spanish, Brazilian & Columbian; these items are then housed in a clear plastic slipcase with a promo stickered wraparound obi strip, still in the open stickered shrink UICY-93748/9)

The SHM-CD [Super High Material CD] format features enhanced audio quality through the use of a special polycarbonate plastic. Using a process developed by JVC and Universal Music Japan discovered through the joint companies' research into LCD display manufacturing, SHM-CDs feature improved transparency on the data side of the disc, allowing for more accurate reading of CD data by the CD player laser head. SHM-CD format CDs are fully compatible with standard CD players.
