THE WHO Who's Better Who's Best (Rare 1988 UK 21-track advance promotional sample double sided 12" sized PAL Gold CD VideoDisc, manufactured in Germany for the UK market & playable on LaserDisc machines, includes early TV footage, live performances, promotional clips and more with a running time of approximately seventy five minutes. This copy has plain labels with the artist, title and side indication printed, comes in a plain sleeve with hand annotation stating this has a manufactures fault; it plays through but changes chapter too late. This would have been issued to reviewers ahead of the actual release date)
