This Italian issue album is a real oddity as the sleeve design is similar to the UK Track records 'Backtrack' series however the famous 'boy smoking' image has been edited to the point where it's almost unrecognisable! Other subtle differences include that fact that the UK picture sleeve had a matt finish whereas this sleeve is fully laminated and that there is a Polydor logo in the bottom left hand corner - a highly unusual item in stunning condition
