JIMI HENDRIX Smash Hits (Mega Rare 1969 Japanese 12-track stereo vinyl LP compilation issued on the red Polydor label manufactured by Nippon Grammophon, housed in a beautiful & unique picture sleeve in the classic Experience 'fish eye lens' style by Karl Ferris, complete with English lyric insert and the impossibly rare original obi-strip! As if that wasn't enough, this incredible copy is also in astonishing condition. The sleeve shows only lightest wear and is otherwise near mint along with the vinyl - The best! SMP-1413)

What can we say ?

The last copy of this we had, we described as 'Virtually impossible to find with an Obi'.
This is only the third copy we have ever seen with an obi in over thirty years.

The rarity of that little paper wrap even dwarfs the extreme rarity of the album itself. To find one complete & intact in this superb condition is a gift from above.
The cover itself was taken at the same shoot as the US 'Are You Experienced?' cover but the photograph was then lost for over thirty years, making it only available on this unique sleeve from Japan.

If this is your one - get it while you can.
We may never see another like this again.
