#Top 500 Greatest Albums Of All Time

Tracklisting: This is a rare transition pressing in which the original Track vinyl was issued inside a slightly modified picture sleeve variant, used for this and all later releases. The first issue Track labels have a slightly different 'rough' texture to the paper, but the main difference on the labels is the catalogue numbers. On the left side of the centre hole, the catalogue number is repeated in brackets above the bold silver print in smaller inverted numbers. These end with a capital 'A' or 'B' per side, on both records' labels. This is ONLY found on the first pressing. The gatefold cover has deep colour tones on the naked ladies with an almost green tinge to the flesh colours, often found on the spine as well. This is the same as the very first sleeve. Inside the gatefold, the Track logo, tracklisting, copyright information and 'Ernest J Day' address are all in white, as found on the second issue sleeve! Above the titles are two pictures of Mitch & Noel. In a very first issue cover they are large sized photos, but all later issues have the modified cover with them reduced to a smaller size. The inside of this sleeve, unlike the outside, follows this design pattern. This too was the format for later Polydor label issues. CONDITION The black labels are clean with sharp silver print, with a few faint spindle marks. The vinyl on this copy shows the odd light noticeable surface mark and the occasional light scratch, with minimal impact to playback due to the high grade heavyweight vinyl used in the '60s with deep grooves. The matrix numbers are: Side A - 613008A//1 Side B - 613009A//1 Side C - 613009B//1 Side D - 613008B//1 These are machine stamped in the 'dead wax' areas with hand scratched amendments - there appeared to be slight confusion at the pressing plant as the sides were configured in the American style, i.e. Sides A and D are on the first disc, Sides B and C on the second. The laminated gatefold picture sleeve shows some general shelfwear, with a few light creases in the laminate, with some edge & corner wear. Although not mint, this is still a nice example of this much sought after classic album in a very respectable condition! Tracklisting: Record One: 1. ...And The Gods Made Love 2. Have You Ever Been (To Electric Ladyland) 3. Crosstown Traffic 4. Voodoo Chile 5. Little Miss Strange 6. Long Hot Summer Night 7. Come On (Let The Good Times Roll) 8. Gypsy Eyes 9. Burning Of The Midnight Lamp Record Two: 1. Rainy Day, Dream Away 2. 1983... (A Merman I Should Turn To Be) 3. Moon, Turn The Tides...Gently, Gently Away 4. Still Raining, Still Dreaming 5. House Burning Down 6. All Along The Watchtower 7. Voodoo Child (Slight Return)
BLOSSOM TOES We Are Ever So Clean (Rare original 1967 UK rough textured Marmalade label 15-track stereo LP, released at the height of 'flower power' in 1967 and widely considered to be the finest pop-psych album ever recorded, a fascinating amalgamof whimsical pop, music hall humour & acid rock; fully laminated picture sleeve. See 'more info' for details...)

Tracklisting: Condition The fully laminated picture sleeve displays only a little light wear, with some light creases to the laminate and a small amount a scuffing to the corners. The labels remain clean, free from any writing and has only a couple of light marks around the spindle hole. The vinyl remains very clean with just a few very light surface scuffs. We have professionally cleaned & play tested, and can confirm this example sounds fantastic. An outstanding example of this rare pressing. Tracklisting Side One 1. Look At Me I'm You 2. I'll Be Late For Tea 3. The Remarkable Saga Of The Frozen Dog 4. Telegram Tuesday 5. Love Is 6. What's It For 7. People Of The Royal Parks Side Two 1. What On Earth 2. Mrs. Murphy's Budgerigar 3. I Will Bring You This And That 4. Mister Watchmaker 5. When The Alarm Clock Rings 6. The Intrepid Balloonist's Handbook, Volume One 7. You 8. Track For Speedy Freaks (Or Instant LP Digest)
