NEIGHB'RHOOD CHILDR'N Neighb'rhood Childr'n (Very rare
1968 US 12-track stereo LP, the highly sought after
psychedelic classic, the lone release by the San Francisco
outfit, often compared to Jefferson Airplane. Highlights of the
album includethe fuzzed-out extended sonic attacks of
Chocolate Angel, the reverb heavy Long Years In Space and
the freak-out of Over The Rainbow needs to be heard to be
believed, pasted picture sleeve. The sleeve has a small
deletion hole in the corner with a 3½" seam split extending
from the opening on the bottom and light ringwear, with some
discolouration to the white reverse, however the vinyl shows
labels free from spindle wear and no real evidence of play

pasted picture sleeve in in great condition with minimal scuffing or
wear, with just a small deletion drillhole. There is a small amount of
light discolouration on the back where atmospheric changes have
communicated themselves through small breaks in the shrink to react
with the paste underneath the back slick, but this copy has still
remained factory sealed from new & so remains mint & unplayed over
forty years on! A-38005)

2-LP set pressed on 180gram VIRGIN VINYL - marinated in
influences as mind-splintering as the mushroom folk/rock blast of the
Jefferson Airplane as well as the feel-good pristine pop of the Turtles,
the Childr'n's original album [released on Acta in 1968] trades hands
these days for sums usually mentioned in ransom notes, and is now
expanded to include 10 previously unreleased tracks, presented in
gatefold sleeve with the band's story from vocalist Dyan Hoffman and
guitarist Ric Bolz!)
