The labels are the dark green Apple design which were used on the first issues only - later issues used a lighter green label. Also the 'Sold in UK subject to resale' text across the centre of the label confirms this to be an original issue.
The labels are bright with no writing or tears that might upset the print.

The matrix numbers are
YEX 715-1
YEX 716-1

The front laminated flipback picture sleeve is Very Good. There is a small split to the bottom and a few light marks to the laminate & an area of discolouration to the unlaminated reverse. This is a respectable example.

The vinyl grades VG+/EX with light scuffs and the odd hairline to indicate play. A very presentable example of one of the rarer Beatles Apple UK original albums.
