The band's debut album, with each track offering a short episode in the tale of the Simon Simopath, from birth to death; comes in a front laminated gatefold picture sleeve with internal pocket with 'Stereo' on the back.
The sleeve on this copy has some signs of age with minor storage wear, the past owner reinforced the edges so has some tape residue and a spine split, overall very good. The vinyl has been played a few times but has only a few noticeable surface marks but displays no very little lessening in sound quality, overall excellent. NIRVANA Local Anaesthetic (Rare original 1971 UK stereo vinyl LP on the large 'swirl' label, the fourth album to be issued under the Nirvana name & the first post-Island outing, housed in a fantastic Keef-designed gatefold picture sleeve completewith the polly-lined 'swirl' inner. Due to its matt finish, the sleeve has picked up a little faint scuffing to the edged, but this is ever so minor. The labels have only light marks around the spindle holes to show it has been played justa few times, this is reflected on the vinyl which has only a few light cosmetic marks.
