The sleeves are in excellent condition with only minor signs of shelfwear, but the vinyl shows signs of play with scuffs and hairline scratches, as is typical of the region, but this album set is definitely worthy of inclusion of any serious collection)

The cover has beautiful rich colours & appears Excellent with no deletion cuts or writing. The corners show just a little scuffing & a minor crease with the inside panels appearing near mint. The vinyl has a deep sheen both sides & grades Excellent. On close inspection, there are a few minor paper hairlines which have no effect on play. A wonderful example RS6281)

The sleeve is a complete departure from the familiar psychedelic imagery of the western releases & is often known as the 'cola' sleeve because of the empty bottle of a famous brand being visible. This copy remains in excellent condition with just a little foxing on the back of the sleeve & the insert, with the vinyl remaining in wonderful coondition & showing little sign of play SMP-1398)

JIMI HENDRIX EXPERIENCE Axis: Bold As Love (Classic 1968 US Capitol Record Club issue 13-track stereo LP, on the Reprise two tone 'steamboat' label with additional 'Mfd. by Capitol Records' perimeter label text, housed in a top opening heavyweight gatefold pasted sleeve with 'Manufactured by Capitol' text inside, bottom left. The sleeve shows no creasing or any wear that stands in the way of the artwork or lyrics inside. Typical with US sleeves of this vintage, there is some paper scuffing around the edges. This is very minor with this example. The labels are unblemished indicating little play indeed. Likewise, the vinyl is clean & looks stunning with no signs of wear to the grooves. Highly recommended SKAO91441)
