Night Train To Nashville: Music City Rhythm & Blues 1945-1970

VARIOUS-SOUL & FUNK Night Train To Nashville: Music City Rhythm & Blues 1945-1970 (2004 US 35-track double vinyl compilation LP, single pocket picture sleeve with inners. Lovingly compiled longplayer that celebrates the overlooked contribution to R&B that the city of Nashville [the home of Country & Western] made. Going right back to the '40s with jump blues, onto primal rock n' rollers from Esquerita up to the '60s with deep soul from Joe Tex and country soul from Joe Simon. The sleeve shows just a little light wear, vinyl is in mint condition)
