NIRVANA Local Anaesthetic (Rare 1971 Japanese stereo LP on the large 'swirl' label, the fourth album to be issued under the Nirvana name & the first post-Island outing. Heavily jazz-influenced, this release was essentially the work of a solo Patrick Campbell-Lyons, housed in an entrancing Keef designed gatefold picture sleeve with Japanese/lyric insert. The sleeve & vinyl are Near Mint SFX-7381)
