VARIOUS-JAZZ & FUNK Classic Jazz-Funk 1-7 (Complete set of SEVEN UK 'Classic Jazz Funk' double LP compilations issued between 1991 and '97 as part of the Mastercuts series. All gatefold sleeves are embossed with series logo to front [Volume 7 a Japanese dance-jazz special!]. We grooved out to a few of these in the office whilst play grading and can confirm they all sound supremely groovalicious! There are simply too many classics on here to mention so check the tracklisting. Original full-length 12" and album versions aplenty; artists include Donald Byrd, George Duke, Roy Ayers, Herbie Hancock, Lee Ritenour, Ramsey Lewis, Pacific Jam... the cream of the crop & best of the best! The sleeves show light edge wear only and the vinyl looks barely played)
