NIRVANA Local Anaesthetic (Rare original 1971 German Vertigo 'spiral' label 2-track vinyl LP, housed in a gatefold picture sleeve. The fourth album to be issued under the Nirvana name and the first post-Island outing, this heavily jazz-influenced release was essentially the work of a solo Patrick Campbell-Lyons. The sleeve on this copy shows some light wear to the edges and spine and has split slightly along the top edge, hence the advantageous price. The labels are pristine and free from spindle wearwith German perimeter text, and despite being 35 years old the vinyl is in simply stunning condition - it looks barely played retaining a glorious shine! - superb!! #6360031)
