The album draws together an eclectic range of material, comprehensively covering all their existing BBC sessions whilst signed to the Charisma label. Highlights include 'Lady Eleanor' taken from the BBC R1 'Sounds Of The 70s' session on 8th June 1971, and a wild rendition of the B-side 'Knackers Yard Blues', which is taken from a concert for John Peel, transmitted on 24th June 1971.)
