'Produced' by Andy Warhol and featuring Venus In Furs, All Tomorrow's Parties, Heroin... vastly influential, justifiably legendary and ground zero for anyone interested in alternative music from the counter-culture. The front laminated flipback picture sleeve displays just a little general wear, more so to the non-laminated reverse. The labels have only a few light marks around the spindle hole on either labels, and the vinyl has just a few light marks to its surface and is priced accordingly, however it plays beautifully with no interference at all. VELVET UNDERGROUND The Velvet Underground & Nico (Essential 1967 US East Coast press blue & silver Verve label 11-track stereo LP, housed in the legendary Andy Warhol pasted gatefold sleeve with unpeeled banana sticker & no torso image on theback [airbrushed]. The label is a large 't' blue & silver Verve design with 'Side 1' & '2' to the lower left [East Coast design] & hand scratched matrices in the run-offs. This is wonderful collector's example & one of the best we've seen in many years. The vinyl has an incredible deep sheen both sides & we have given the record a professional clean for optimum playback. It is virtually impossible to find a copy of this album that doesn't show signs of play. Yes, there are some very faint hairlines in the odd area on close inspection but these are rendered purely cosmetic with the vinyl grading a healthy Excellent allround. The iconic sleeve grades Excellent with few signs of shelfwear, no deletion cuts, no writing or creasing & no signs of peeling to the banana. The spine is clear as day & the panels remain off white. Highly Recommended V6-5008)

VELVET UNDERGROUND Loaded (Very scarce original 1971 UK Atlantic Plum & Red 10-track stereo LP, the classic fourth album which includes some of Lou's finest works; Sweet Jane, Rock & Roll, I Found A Reason, New Age, phew!! The Velvet'swere a niche act in 1970 & this record sold in very small numbers & was quickly deleted as the band imploded, making it hard to find. Due to its matt finish, the sleeve has picked up a couple of faint storage scuffs including a little corner creasing, but nothing excessive. The vinyl is clean & reveals just a few mild paper scuffs not affecting play. A great example)
