THE BOSTWEEDS Little Bad News (1965 US wide centred first issue 7" vinyl single, also including Simple Man. This was one of only two forty fives that the band released on this label, the other having the alternate b-side of 'Lisa'. Nowadays the band are best known for their recording of 'Faster Pussycat' that was featured in the Russ Mayer film 'Faster Pussycat! Kill! Kill!'. A sterling slice of early garage rock that is now highly sought after, with 'Simple Man' still yet to appear on any garage rock compilation, although 'Little Bad News' did make it on to the 'Garage Punk Unknowns' compilation.
