THE BEATLES Collection Of Reel-To-Reel Mono Tapes (One For The Collector really. Here we have four Parlophone 3¾ ips reel to reel mono tapes for With The Beatles, Help!, Rubber Soul & Sgt. Pepper in what can only be described as 'much loved' condition. One of the Reels is broken but functional and all tape seems clean and free from damage or the dreaded white mould. The boxes themselves are scuffed to hell and back, with the exception of Pepper which obviously only got to the Styx and turned back. As a bonus, we are including a fifth tape box for Please Please Me but the reel has long since vanished. I suppose you'd grade the covers as G-/G but they're still hard to find and will make very adequate collection fillers for someone with the use of a reel to reel to play them on. All are published by Northern Songs, except the rare 1962 'Please Please Me' folio by Dick James Music. Each fold out folio has a great period picture of the fabs on the cover. Titles include It Won't Be Long, I Want To Hold Your Hand, Can't Buy Me Love, You Can't Do That, She's A Woman, Help!, Michelle, EleanorRigby and Strawberry Fields Forever. Each is in wonderful condition, free from any material defects, rips or tears, although a few have some minor discolouration, plus You Can't Do That has hole punches near the spine and Can't Buy Me Love and I Want To Hold Your Hand have some pencil notations.
