THE BEATLES We Can Work It Out (1969 Japanese third issue 7" single pressed on 'Ever Clean' Wine Red Vinyl, on the black & silver Odeon label with 'MFD. UNDER LICENCE BY TOSHIBA MUSICAL INDUSTRIES LTD. IN JAPAN' perimiter text, also including Day Tripper, complete with the wraparound picture insert printed with the lyrics inside. The actual title on the front was originally mispelt with 'Worke', however this was spotted and you can see the 'E' was poorly edited out, and this stayed the same on all the pressings. Another Unusual thing to point out, is that the 'G ¥370' price point is almost invisible to see where it has been poorly edited. The insert displays just a little light wear & signs of age, whilst the vinyl shows a few cosmetic light surface marks with light signs of play. A really nice example and the first we have ever seen OR-1445) more...

THE BEATLES We Can Work It Out / Day Tripper (Extremely rare 1965 UK double 'A' label demonstration vinyl 7" for the single release, with release date of 3.12.65 on the intact original four prong centre, Parlophone company die cut paper sleeve. The vinyl on this copy is far from mint, although it plays through without fault. Day Tripper was obviously regarded as the A-Side here as the title for We Can Work It Out has been crossed out. This copy came from the collection of an ex-Pirate Radio DJ, which might go some way to explaining the label & the surface scuffs & light hairlines visible. Nonetheless this disc plays through without fault although background noise is evident at times. A very acceptable if not mint copy at an extremely advantageous price R5389) more...
