This was the only US mono issue of this classic, all subsequent issues were stereo, thick card pasted picture sleeve, with no 'George Martin' credit on the back and the band name in brown which indicates that this was one of the copies pressed in Scranton as opposed to LA. The edges & spine are free from seam splits and the front has just the lightest touch of ringwear with just a small area of discolouration to the reverse bottom corner.
