THE BEATLES Love Me Do (Debut 1962 UK first press red label
7" single, also featuring P.S. I Love You, original die-cut
Parlophone company sleeve. Note: this label variant does not
have the 'Made In Great Britain' print. The matrices in the
run-outs are machine stamped & both end '1N' & the ZT tax code
is stamped in the run-out, indicating a pressing made before
November 1962 when the code changed to PT. This earliest
matrix suffix means that Ringo plays drums & is a 'no
tambourine' version. We are grading this copy as Good, the vinyl
has some minor signs of being warped, but plays without any
issues, and the vinyl has only a few light surface marks, the
quality of British vinyl at this point means that playback is higher
with no jumps, & we can confirm that the sound is still great. The
previous owner wrote their intials on the A-Side but has no tears
or paper loss, making for a very serviceable gap-filler in the
collection 45-R4949)

THE BEATLES We Can Work It Out (1969 Japanese third issue
7" single pressed on 'Ever Clean' Wine Red Vinyl, on the black &
silver Odeon label with 'MFD. UNDER LICENCE BY TOSHIBA
MUSICAL INDUSTRIES LTD. IN JAPAN' perimiter text, also
including Day Tripper, complete with the wraparound picture
insert printed with the lyrics inside. The actual title on the front
was originally mispelt with 'Worke', however this was spotted
and you can see the 'E' was poorly edited out, and this stayed
the same on all the pressings. Another Unusual thing to point
out, is that the 'G ¥370' price point is almost invisible to see
where it has been poorly edited. The insert displays just a little
light wear & signs of age, whilst the vinyl shows a few cosmetic
light surface marks with light signs of play. A really nice example
and the first we have ever seen OR-1445)
