SPRING Spring (1971 UK first press 8-track LP on the cult Neon label, particularly collectable among British Progressive enthusiasts. Spring earned a reputation among keyboard-led prog fans as they employed three mellotron players in the group! The gatefold picture sleeve has a degree of edge scuffing & minor cosmetic marks due to its matte finish [tiny number annotation to a back corner] & is otherwise Very Good. The vinyl is clean & grades VG/VG- with several paper hairlines either side & light signs of play in its time but there are no jumps or sticks during playback & only a little faint background surface during the quieter sections. SPRING Spring (Monster rare original 1971 UK 8-track vinyl LP on the cult Neon label, particularly collectable among British Progressive enthusiasts. Spring earned a reputation among keyboard-led prog fans as they employed three mellotron players in the group! The tri-fold matt picture sleeve has the lyrics printed across the inner spread and has just a little paper loss along the spine and a light scuffing to the edges but nothing too severe at all with a small area of stickerresidue to the front. The labels are bright and clean with no spindle wear and just a few faint signs of play to the vinyl; with play testing confirming minimal ambient sound detected which does nothing to interfere with the music: beautiful. Highly recommended, and at a great price considering strictly mint copies are now fetching four figure sums! NE6) more...
