BAKER GURVITZ ARMY Live In Milan 76 (2010 issue UK 14-track CD album - The Baker Gurvitz Army came into existence when former Gun and Three man Army members Paul and Adrian Gurvitz joined forces with legendary drummer Ginger Baker in 1974. This live recording was recorded in Milan on 23rd March 1976 during the tour to promote what would turn out to be the bands final studio album 'Hearts On Fire'. The setlist at this time reflects the desire to promote the album and featured four tracks from the album ['Hearts On Fire', 'Night People', 'Thirsty For The Blues' and 'Neon Lights'], aswell two tracks from 'Elysian Encounter' ['People' & 'Time']; and two from their self titled debut ['Inside Of Me' & 'Memory Lane']. GINGER BAKER'S AIRFORCE Live In Offenbach, Germany 1970 (2010 issue UK 11-track 2-CD album set - Apart from the two official releases, live recordings of Ginger Baker's Airforce are extremely rare and this recording is no different. This audience recording of Airforce in Offenbach, Germany on 18th December 1970, captures the second incarnation of Airforce following the departure of Steve Winwood and Chris Wood who had returned to Traffic by this time. GINGER BAKER AND SALT Live In Munich, Germany 1972 (2010 issue UK 2-track 2-CD album set - This recording dates from a concert performance in Munich in 1972 and was the first musical outing in Europe for Ginger alongside Salt since Ginger Baker's Airforce some two years previously. The show was billed as Ginger Baker and Salt 'Africa Now' Invites Drum Battle. The show was filmed for German television and broadcast shortly after and repeated a year later in 1973.
