Each frame wascarefully reviewed and repaired by hand, with colour enhancement applied to preserve a natural, vivid look while maintaining the film's original character and grain structure. The result is a presentation that feels faithful to its era while revealing striking new detail in the stark beauty of Pompeii's Roman Amphitheatre. The audio has been newly mixed by Steven Wilson, delivered in Dolby Atmos, 5.1 and high-resolution stereo. Wilson's approach was to reflect how the band would have sounded in 1971, enhancing depth and spatial clarity without compromising the atmosphere of the original performances. Alongside the full feature film, the disc includes the complete concert presentation, plus behind-the-scenes footage of the band working at Abbey Road Studios during the early sessions for The Dark Side of the Moon.
