THE IDLE RACE Time Is (Rare 1971 UK 10-track stereo vinyl LP on the red/silver Regal Zonophone label. Seldom seen [or heard!] third long player from the Brummie rockers. After founder member Jeff Lynne departed the band enlisted Dave Walker [vocals] and Mike Hopkins [guitar], leaving psychedelia behind to incorporate heavy doses of prog and folk - defying expectations, it's a great album that has still never been reissued on vinyl. Housed in a delicate textured flipback picture sleeveshowing only minor wear, easily achieving an Excellent grade. The vinyl too grades Excellent with light spindle wear and faint hairlines only.
