Tracklisting & More Information

The labels are 'deep groove' red with silver print and are free from writing and stickers. The Decca logo is unboxed with 'Recording First Published' lettering.

Matrices read XARL-6271-2A on side 1 and XARL-6272-1A on side 2 featuring the legendary 2:52 version of Tell Me.

Condition:

This item has obviously been used and enjoyed, with spindle marks evident around the centre hole but the superior pressing of this era holds its sound quality far better than latter era pressings.
Upon close inspection there are a few light surface hairlines evident in places, but none that affect play and the vinyl retains its sheen, so has obviously been played on good equipment.

The front laminated flipback picture sleeve features the dark moody image that has become iconic with the band. The colours are rich and deep with clearly legible spine print.
There is a little creasing to the laminate in places but nothing excessive.
The sleeve has obviously been displayed at some point as there are a couple of small pinholes evident to the top left and bottom right corners of the back.
Apart from a little scuffing to the bottom edge, the sleeve otherwise shows just a little light general shelfwear & remains in far better condition than usually found.
There are no rips, tears writing or any other major defects.
The tracklisting on the reverse of the sleeve lists Side 1 Track 4 as 'I Need You Baby' rather than 'Mona', as on the label.

A very decent copy of this rare collectors item.
