Tracklisting & More Information

Condition :-

This is a one owner copy and has been stored carefully for the last half a century from the ravages of time.

The Sleeve [VG=]

The front laminate is still clear & clean allowing the iconic cover art to shine wonderfully; Delia's cooking never looked so good! There is some light creasing to the laminate which is light enough so as not to detract from the overall condition. The corner edges show one or two light paper scuffs & minor edge discolouring. The spine is perfectly legible & there is minimal evidence of ring wear with this copy & no writing. The hype sticker, despite being matt, is still clean & firmly attached. The inner has light natural creasing around the shape of the record and is free from splits. The very rare poster is unused and has been stored inside the sleeve, keeping it flat & unfaded, so the vibrant colours are really allowed to shine. How many of these perished on bedroom walls across the land?

The vinyl

The labels are blue with silver print and large unboxed Decca logo at the top. There is no writing or tears & just the odd light spindle mark to show play.

The matrix numbers are machine stamped & end P-1W/P-5W.

The vinyl is very impressive. There is a deep sheen both sides that you are unlikely to find again. The vinyl grades Excellent & shows light play with a little faint axial wear & just the odd minor paper hairline scuff. Thanks to the quality of sixties vinyl pressings from this period, the sound quality remains superb, allowing the depth of this legendary album to really be experienced.

This is the first copy of this grade we have located in a long time, and as time goes on it can only become even harder to find. When the wheel of fate will turn in our favour again, we can not tell.
