DAVID GILMOUR Live In Gdansk (2008 Japanese promo sample 3-disc [2CD/1DVD] set, issued to radio stations and reviewers ahead of the actual release date. Comprising of a 2-CD set featuring 22 tracks recorded live infront of 50,000 people at the shipyards in Gdansk, Poland, for the last date on David's 2006 Summer Tour,which wasthe only occasion on which David performed the tour material with an orchestra, using the 40-strong string section of the Polish Baltic Philharmonic Orchestra; plus the 'Live in Gdansk' DVD and the 37-minute filmed 'Gdansk Diary' documentary. Custom stamped inner rim on each disc, comes in a card picture sleeve with a 12-page booklet including credits & photos, 32-page Japanese lyric booklet and matching promo stickered obi-strip SICP2027-9)
