PIERRE MOERLEN'S GONG Downwind (1979 Japanese white label promotional 7-track vinyl LP, the multi-talented percussionist showing a slant towards more pop orientated wiriting but still immersed in jazz-fusion and featuring a staggering lists of guests that include Didier Lockwood, Mick Taylor, Steve Winwood and Mike Oldfield playing guitar on the epic title-track. Also includes a version of Santana's Jin-Go-Lo-Ba. Back pasted picture sleeve with Japanese/English lyric insert and wide Arista catalogue obi, there is some light creasing/foxing on the reverse of the obi but it remains intact whilst the sleeve is in superb shape and the vinyl MINT 25RS-36)
