THE RESIDENTS Eskimo (2008 issue UK limited edition 6-track CD album - In 1971, The Residents decided to move into world music; scanning a map for a proper culture to exploit and not finding one, they became discouraged until seeing a Coke sign featuring Santa Claus; gathering all the information they could find on Eskimos, it set the Eyeballs spinning off into their own imaginary world of six-month nights, marimbas made of frozen fish and Eskimo sex lives; presented in a hard backbook-style sleeve complete with a 32-page picture booklet containing rare or unseen photos & complete lyrics)
