The case is covered in textured turquoise vinyl and has a black and white group picture printed in the centre of the lid with the classic Beatles logo and facsimile signatures above. The white plastic grooved handle is attached to the top with two metal fixings, and there is a metal clasp securing the flap of the lid.

There are three small splits in the vinyl - one on the left hand side of the top, and on two of the bottom corners, however the case is in otherwise excellent condition with only light wear and all other edges secure. The inside lining is intact and the images on the lid are bright, clean and sharp. Amazingly, the fragile metal clasp, although tarnished, is still in working order!

A superb and evocative piece of original US memorabilia!
