PINK FLOYD Yorkshire Folk, Blues & Jazz Festival (Cast your minds back 36+ years to 1970 where Pink Floyd were booked as headliners for the festival along with other stellar acts The Who, Elton John, Atomic Rooster, Fairport Convention & many more. However due to torrential Storms & bad weather, it meant most bands failed to appear including headliners Floyd. This disastrous festival ruined the organiser & probably accounted for more hospital admissions for exposure than any festivalbefore. This fabulous piece of Pink Floyd history most notable for the fact that they never appeared due to storm conditions and chaotic organization. Many artists failed to appear and even the Move who were not billed to appear, arrived but never played due to their van being stuck in the mud. Tales of a drunken and weather torn weekend are legendary and financially ruined the organizer.

Condition

Sized 7" x 5" with a white cover it is inevitable that the years have made a minor impression on its condition but this is contained to slight discoloration, age spots and minimal creasing. Overall to find an item for a festival which was rained off in any condition is unusual and we would regard this item as in excellent condition - hardly likely to see another in a hurry!!
