The labels are pale blue with silver text. The curved Decca logo is also in silver.

The text printed below the Decca logo states "Demonstration Sample Not For Sale".

The push-out centre is intact.

On the A-side the release date 20-8-65 is printed in silver and remains clearly legible.

A large "A" is printed on the A-side label

Likely to be one of only a few copies left in circulation as most would have disappeared into private collections year ago. Impossible to find, especially in this fantastic condition, a gem!
