Parachute - Factory Sample

THE PRETTY THINGS Parachute (1970 first UK issue 13-track stereo LP on the Harvest label with no EMI boxed logo & 'Gramophone Co' perimeter text, Factory Sample stickered to one side of the label for review. Recorded at Abbey Road with Beatles engineer Norman Smith, this a magical album, more subtle than its predecessor. We feel The Pretty Things just don't get as much praise as they should compared to their peers. The sleeve shows a little edge wear & light laminate ripple, including a mark on the front resulting in a few spots of paper loss, but is otherwise fully intact with alll text clearly legible. Apart from a couple of light scuffs which do not affect play, the vinyl remains in Excellent condition & appears seldom played SHVL774)
