A FEW OF THE MOST RECENT ITEMS WE WANT...

DAVID BOWIE Images 1966-1967 (Scarce 1973 US 'bonus pak' 21-track double LP, featuring early Bowie tracks recorded in London during 1966/67 & never reissued, housed in a cartoon gatefold sleeve with biographical details & company catalogue inners. Due to the material the sleeve has been manufactured from, these were prone to wear very easily, & this copy has some natural discolouring down the spine but with all text legible. The vinyl discs remain clean & reveal only some light cosmetic wear not affecting play BP628/9)

Tracklisting: 1. Rubber Band 2. Maid Of Bond Street 3. Sell Me A Coat 4. Love You Till Tuesday 5. There Is A Happy Land 6. The Laughing Gnome 7. Gospel According To Tony Day 8. Did You Ever Have A Dream 9. Uncle Arthur 10. We Are Hungry Men 11. When I Live My Dream 12. Join The Gang 13. Little Bombadier 14. Come And Buy My Toys 15. Silly Boy Blue 16. She's Got My Medals 17. Please Mr Gravedigger 18. London Boys 19. Karma Man 20. Let Me Sleep Beside You 21. In The Heat Of The Morning
THE GROUNDHOGS Scratching The Surface (Rare 1968 UK first issue 9-track stereo LP on the blue Liberty label, fully laminated pinched spine picture sleeve. This was the magnificent debut from the Groundhogs, retaining a more traditional Blues feelthan their later albums and with most vocals handled by the late Steve Rye LBS83199E)
See 'More Info' for condition details ...

Tracklisting: Condition: The sleeve is magnificent. The pinched spine is still white and clearly readable with just a little laminate lift at the spine & minor creasing at the corners to show for its forty five years. The back is still FLAT & edge scuffing is almost non existant. For an album as good as this, just meant to be played, you'd be very pleasantly surprised at the vinyl. While is has obviously been played [& why not ?] there are none of the usual signs of a hard life that this album is normally seen with. The playing surfaces show just a couple of light hairlines and a few insignificant paper scuffs and has obviously been treasured by its previous owner. So, I won't make any claims about it being online auction house [you know the one] stylee 'MINT!!!!!!!!! ' or 'UNPLAYED!!!!!!!', although it is indeed a 'FIRST PRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!' with matching '1st PRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!' paraphernalia. It is what it is. A great copy of a great album in far above average condition. There may be better copies of this out there, but we've never seen one & that means that you might just spend a lot of time looking for your elusive quarry. Enjoy (you will) ! Tracklisting : 01. Rocking Chair 02. Early in the Morning 03. Walking Blues 04. Married Men 05. No More Doggin' 06. Man Trouble 07. Come Back Baby 08. You Don't Love Me 09. Still a Fool
ROLLING STONES Flowers (1976 Japanese stereo issue of the 1967 12-track vinyl LP, complete with illustrated eight page Japanese/lyric booklet, rare sheet of twenty eight full colour discography stickers, picture sleeve & wide obi-strip GXD1010)

Tracklisting: 1. Ruby Tuesday 2. Have You Seen Your Mother, Baby, Standing In The Shadow? 3. Let's Spend The Night Together 4. Lady Jane 5. Out Of Time 6. My Girl 7. Back Street Girl 8. Please Go Home 9. Mother's Little Helper 10. Take It Or Leave It 11. Ride On Baby 12. Sittin' On A Fence
