The sample stamped disc is housed inside a unique snap-pack picture sleeve, which is also promo stickered, printed withEnglish lyrics on the back. The pack has been snapped and the lower front half of the sleeve removed as was the norm for Japanese fans to do, the disc remains mint! P00L40017)
