DAVID BOWIE Holy Holy (Rare 1971 UK wide-centre Mercury 7" vinyl single, includes Black Country Rock, Mercury company die-cut sleeve. Both labels have name annotations, although done in dark pen leaving them quite hard to spot, with no tears or stickers. The vinyl shows light scuffing with some deeper hairlines and visually grades more towards Fair, however playtesting confirms ambient crackle throughout, with Black Country Rock playing the clearer of the two, with no skips or loudpops and a staisfying bassy sound, leaving playback as Good. An acceptable copy of an early rare-as-you-like Bowie nugget 6052 049)
TEENAGE FANCLUB Grand Prix (Rare 1995 UK Creation label limited edition 13-track vinyl LP featuring the singles Sparky's Dream, Neil Jung and Mellow Doub plus the 'Grand Prix Bonus Single' vinyl 7" which has only minor signs of play. The LP has a few surface scuffs evident but appears in otherwise VG condition complete with its picture / lyric inner housed in the glossy picture sleeve which has some shelfwear to the opening edge and displays a little buckling due to the tightness of the original hype & titled stickered shrinkwrap which is open but remains intact! FREDDIE MCKAY Fire Is Burning (Rare 1976 UK 9-track vinyl LP, a great mix of Lovers Rock with dubby overtones and odd electronic effects to give a great laid-back vibe with Freddie's soulful voice bringing a lovely warmth with a couple of Beatles covers to boot! picture sleeve. The sleeve shows light ringwear due to its matt finish, with no tears, seam splits or writing. The vinyl has a few light surface marks leaving it Excellent - a great copy of this Reggae rarity!
