GRAHAM NASH Reflections (2009 UK 64-track 3-CD album set -
Graham Nash's tenor is among the most recognizable in popular
music, and his voice and social conscience as a songwriter are
equally resonant. He first rose to fame with The Hollies, the
group he founded in 1961 with Manchester childhood friend
Allan Clarke. He went on to a lifelong musical journey with David
Crosby, Stephen Stills and Neil Young in CSN, CSN&Y, and a duo
with Crosby as well as distinguishing himself as an eloquent solo
artist. The first-ever retrospective of his work, 'Reflections'
features 64 chronologically arranged selections spanning every
era of Nash's career, and includes 32 previously unreleased
tracks. Presented in HDCD, the three-disc collection
contains almost four hours of music and comes presented in
deluxe packaging complete with a deluxe 150-page booklet with
an essay and track-by-track commentary from Nash, and 75
classic and unseen photos, many of them by Nash as well)

VARIOUS ARTISTS / GRAHAM NASH Be Yourself - A Tribute To
Graham Nash's 'Song For Beginners' (2010 UK 11-track CD album -
Legendary singer-songwriter Graham Nash's emotionally-charged solo
debut 'Songs For Beginners' was first released in 1971 and came on
the heels of a temporary split with his CSN band mates, David Crosby
and Stephen Stills, and a permanent break with his then-love, Joni
Mitchell. The album was a hit and introduced the now-classic songs
'Military Madness', 'Simple Man', 'Used To Be A King', and the Top 40
single 'Chicago'. 'Songs for Beginners' has stood the test of time and
its contents have been covered by a long list of music makers across
the globe. Now, flash forward to 2010, Nile Nash & Britt Govea of
[[[folkYEAH!]]] have assembled an all-star line-up of celebrated
contemporary artists such as Bonnie 'Prince' Billy, Robin Pecknold [of
Fleet Foxes], Brendan Benson, Vetiver, Alela Diane, Sleepy Sun,
Mariee Sioux & Greg Weeks [from Espers], Port O'Brien with The
Papercuts, The Moore Brothers and Graham's own daughter, Nile
Nash. All of these artists have come together to honour and celebrate
Graham's first solo LP, 'Songs For Beginners'. The artists put a unique
spin on each song, making it his or her own whilst also honouring the
timeless nature of the original recordings. Each track is sure to delight
and introduce these already epic and timeless songs to a new
generation of music lovers)
