CENTIPEDE Septober Energy (1971 UK 4-track [4 long sides]
stereo double LP, one of the biggest if not the biggest
freeform gathering on record from Britain at the time,
starring a large ensemble of 50+ musicians, including
members of King Crimson, Soft Machine, Blossom Toes, Alan
Skidmore's group & Ian Carr with Nucleus. The album was
arranged by pianist Keith Tippett and produced by Robert
Fripp and is an epic journey into the outer regions of free
form jazz. The gatefold sleeve has some light signs of
discolouring and there is a small price sticker mark in the top
right corner but otherwise the condition is very good. Both
