CENTIPEDE Septober Energy (1971 UK 4-track [4 long sides] stereo double LP, one of the biggest if not the biggest freeform gathering on record from Britain at the time, starring a large ensemble of 50+ musicians, including members of King Crimson, Soft Machine, Blossom Toes, Alan Skidmore's group & Ian Carr with Nucleus. The album was arranged by pianist Keith Tippett and produced by Robert Fripp and is an epic journey into the outer regions of free form jazz.
