ART Supernatural Fairy Tales (Rare 1972 German issue of the
1967 UK 12-track stereo vinyl LP on the pink rimmed Island
'palm tree' label in a wonderful psychedelic fully laminated
picture sleeve. The sleeve shows a little shelfwear with some
light creasing and edge scuffing evident, but nothing too
extreme. The vinyl has managed to remain excellent with just a
few light surface hairlines to show for its forty years. A nice, if
not mint, example of this gem at an advantageous price

ART Supernatural Fairy Tales (2015 UK/EU limited edition
12-track MONO vinyl LP reissue of the 1967 one & only studio
album from the band who went onto become Spooky
Tooth which is a fantastic example of late 60s UK
progressive pop, with great use of phasing, echo and Mellotron

Buffalo Springfield's 'For What It's Worth' [titled 'What's That
Sound'] and The Young Rascals' 'Come On Up'. The picture

ART Supernatural Fairy Tales (Extremely rare original 1967 UK
12-track MONO vinyl LP on the pink Island 'eye' logo label, featuring the
huge breakbeat madness of 'African Thing' & a number of key
psychedelic tracks ['Come On Up', what a tune!] that really knock you
for six! Comes housed in a wonderful psychedelic front laminated
picture sleeve. The sleeve shows minimal wear with just a little laminate
lift along the spine, and looks remarkable for its vintage. The labels are
clean with just a couple of light spindle wear and the vinyl itself has a
few faint cosmetic marks, most likely due to the record being taken out
of the paper inner to be marvelled at, leaving it close to Near Mint - a
really fantastic example and one we wouldn't expect to see again
anytime soon, if ever! ILP967)

ART Supernatural Fairy Tales (Rare 1967 UK first press
12-track mono LP on the rough textured pink Island 'eye'
label, housed in a psychedelic front laminated picture sleeve.
This is a far, far from mint example to say the least but we
have professionally cleaned the record & play tested both
sides. The sleeve grades GOOD with corner creasing & some
writing on the back that reads 'From My Friend Nell'. There is
residue along the top edge due to historic tape reinforcement,
& all text is legible including along the spine. The vinyl too
grades GOOD. We would advise playing the record on a MONO
playback setting as intended in order to avoid surface noise
left & right. The record does play with a degree of light &
quiet crackle all the way through, which is really only heard
between tracks. There is the odd pop & click on occasion but
no jumps. Thanks to the high quality of sixties vinyl in Britain,
once each track kicks in, the disc's condition is rendered
mostly cosmetic & both sides of the album are hugely
enjoyable, with no major distortions & very acceptable sound.
And what an album it is! The huge breakbeat madness of
'African Thing' has lost none of its impact & there are a
number of key psychedelic tracks ['Come On Up', what a
tune!] that really knock you for six. Note: both sides of the
record exhibit multiple scratches, hairlines & marks. This first
issue would ultimately serve as an ideal collection filler at a
VERY fair price ILP967)

ART Supernatural Fairy Tales (Rare 1967 UK first press
12-track mono vinyl LP on the rough textured pink Island
'eye' label, housed in a psychedelic front laminated picture
sleeve. The cover displays some minor general wear with
some edge & corner wear, and has a few light creases in the
laminate, the non laminated back has some ringwear but has
no rips, splits or writing with all text legible including along
the spine. Both labels are clean with just a few light marks
around the spindle hole, whilst the vinyl has a few noticeable
cosmetic surface marks and the occasional light scratch but
plays without any issues. Overall a Very Good example
