SUN RA The Heliocentric Worlds Of Sun Ra, Vol. 2 (Rare 1966 US 3-track vinyl LP on the avant-garde ESP Disk label. This was Ra's second longplayer for the label, continuing his fascination with musical chaos, experimenting with echo and reverbeffects, aligned to the Arkestra's free jazz experimentation, including the side-long 17 minute The Sun Myth. This pressing has background vocals audible throughout "The Sun Myth." The other mixes have them much quieter or completely removed. The picture sleeve shows signs of minor shelfwear, with light foxing to the catalogue inner, whilst the vinyl looks barely played ESP-1017)
