THE BEATLES The Beatles [White Album] (Super rare original and very, very low-numbered 1968 UK 30-track MONO double vinyl LP on the dark green Apple label with 'Sold In UK' label text, complete with black die-cut inners, four colour prints andfold-out photo collage/lyric poster, fully laminated, embossed, individually numbered, top-opening Garrod & Lofthouse gatefold picture sleeve. The number on this copy is an incredibly low 0000093 and is a genuine one owner copy obtained by a former member of staff at the EMI/Hayes pressing plant at the time of release! PMC7067-8)

Tracklisting & More Information

The sleeve is graded VG/VG+ with some light rippling to the laminate in places, some wear to the spine, and a corner bump to the bottom right-hand corner, otherwise there is little discolouration and all flipbacks are secure.

Most importantly, the all important embossed lettering and number are clear and sharp.

The poster and portraits are superb and are graded Near Mint.

The Apple labels are clean with 'Sold in the UK subject to' text. The matrix numbers are as follows -

Side One XEX 709-1
Side Two XEX 710-1
Side Three XEX 711-1
Side Four XEX 712-1

The vinyl is graded VG/VG+ with some light hairlines and scuffs in places but nothing excessive and nothing that greatly affects play.

A truly remarkable one-owner copy, with the main point of interest the extremely low number printed on the front of the sleeve, which is clearly printed 'No. 0000093'.

Good luck trying to find another copy with a lower number than this.

As an investment item it doesn't get much better. This is a 100% genuine, one owner-copy of the White Album that belonged to a former EMI/Hayes pressing plant member of staff - provenance assured!
