THE BEATLES Rubber Soul (1965 Rhodesian 14-track mono LP on an alternate silver on black label that retains the '£' over a gramophone logo but with 'Parlophone' in the same font as the yellow text on UK issues, clearly has 'Made In S Rhodesia' stamped into the run-out grooves, with the 'XEX 579-1' side one matrix which is the same as the 'Loud Cut' first press from the UK and denotes this to be an early pressing, the side to matrix has no '-1'; within a front laminated pinched spine flipback picture sleeve made by Artone.
The sleeve shows a little light wear with some creasing to the laminate and a little edge scuffing but remains in a very respectable condition. Both labels have some spindle marks around the centre hole, but otherwise shows just light scuffs with none significant enough to affect play. An acceptable very good copy of this hard to find pressing at an advantageous price PMCJ1267)
