GRYPHON Midnight Mushrumps (Archive quality 1974 UK advance issue of the 6-track LP, the band's second album which saw them incorporating many ancient instruments like the Bass Krumhorn, Harpsichord & Glockenspiel within a Prog Rock setting. This is a rare ex-journalist review copy with stock labels [colour Transatlantic logo/black & white text]. The picture sleeve is fully laminated & comes complete with a large fold-out colour poster, an eight-page illustrated biography booklet,two black & white press release photos, five pages of press release info listing the May 1974 release date & even the £2.30 retail price plus a bonus mushroom shaped colour sticker. All contents remain unused, the cover shows just the lightest bit of laminate creasing around the corners & the vinyl is still unplayed! TRA282)
