BOB DYLAN Dylan & The Dead (2009 Japanese promo sample issue of the limited edition 7-track digitally remastered CD album, issued to radio stations and reviewers ahead of the actual release date. Originally released in 1989, recorded live in July 1987 in collaboration with The Grateful Dead. Custom stamped inner rim on the disc housed in a mini replica LP style card picture sleeve with a promo sticker on the back, complete with mini replica inner sleeve, Japanese/English lyric booklet, English info/picture booklet, sticker & promo stickered obi-strip SICP-2014)
