MARVA WHITNEY It's My Thing (Extremely rare 1969 German 12-track stereo LP, produced by James Brown, who also co-wrote many of the tracks on the album, even though the title track was written by the Isleys. Considered by many funk enthusiasts to be one of the rawest and brassiest music divas, the music on this album not only hit the R&B top twenty at the time, but has since been sampled extensively by modern day DJs. The fully laminated picture sleeve is showing just a little light wear & the vinyl remains excellent. A superb copy of this extremely rare & legendary Funk album!)
