Basically, if they did it in The Netherlands, it's in this book. Packed with monochrome & full colour illustrations for the period covered, the volume is also individually numberedas one of only 5000 copies of each printed. The book is in perfect 'as new'condition & comes complete with a twenty four page replica of the programme for the concert on 6th June 1964!)
