(1991 US limited edition individually hand numbered double sided promotional white label 12" with hand-stamped KLF label, this example being #32, die cut plain sleeve. This has an unnamed mix included on bothsides, usually referred to as the 'US Promo Mix', with a new spoken intro segued into an extended version of '3 A.M. Eternal (Live At The S.S.L.)'. The runout area has 'ADP 2265 5A-DNM' & 'Hit Factory Coin' etched into the vinyl - Rare! ADP-22655A-DNM)
